Input validation vulnerability in Skitter Slideshow 2.5.2

The Skitter Slideshow plugin for WordPress is at risk of a type of cyber attack called Stored Cross-Site Scripting. This vulnerability can occur in versions 2.5.2 and below because the plugin does not properly filter and protect user input. It allows attackers who have administrator-level access or higher to insert harmful scripts into pages. These scripts will run whenever a user visits the affected page. This issue only affects websites with multiple installations or those with a certain security feature disabled.
