Input validation vulnerability in TNC PDF viewer 2.8.0

The TNC PDF Viewer plugin for WordPress is not secure. It is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting, which is a type of attack that can give attackers access to a website. All versions up to, and including, 2.8.0 of the plugin have the vulnerability. This is because the plugin does not properly check and filter user-supplied information, and does not properly protect the website from malicious scripts. Attackers with contributor-level or higher permissions can inject malicious scripts into pages which will be executed when a user accesses the page.
