Input validation vulnerability in Garden Gnome Package 2.2.8

The Garden Gnome Package plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a type of security issue known as Stored Cross-Site Scripting. This vulnerability affects all of its versions up to, and including, 2.2.8. This means that attackers with certain access permissions can inject malicious web scripts into pages. When a user accesses an injected page, the malicious code will be executed. A partial fix was released in version 2.2.7 and the issue was fully fixed in 2.2.9.
