Access violation vulnerability in Quick Page/Post Redirect Plugin 5.1.9

The Quick Page/Post Redirect Plugin for WordPress has an issue which could allow low-privileged attackers to create a link which would forward all website traffic to an external malicious website. This problem exists in versions of the plugin up to, and including, 5.1.9 and is due to the absence of authorization checks on two functions, qppr_save_quick_redirect_ajax and qppr_delete_quick_redirect.
