Access violation vulnerability in ProfileGrid – User Profiles, Groups and Communities 5.8.7

The ProfileGrid plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows unauthorized users to access it. This is because the plugin does not check for proper permissions before allowing the “pm_create_message” function to be used. This means that even users with lower levels of access, such as subscribers, can send messages when they shouldn’t be able to.
