The Elfsight Telegram Chat plugin for WordPress may allow unauthorized changes to be made to data. This is due to a missing capability check in the ‘updatePreferences’ function in all versions up to 1.1.0. This means that attackers with subscriber-level access or higher can inject harmful web scripts into pages, which will run whenever a user visits the affected page.
