Input validation vulnerability in Review Stream 1.6.7

The Review Stream plugin for WordPress has a security issue called Stored Cross-Site Scripting. This occurs in versions 1.6.7 and earlier because the plugin does not properly clean and protect information that is entered and displayed. This means that attackers who have administrator-level access or higher can add harmful code to certain pages. This problem only affects websites with multiple installations or those that have disabled unfiltered_html.
