Input validation vulnerability in Simple Link Directory Pro 14.8.1

The Simple Link Directory Pro plugin for WordPress has a security issue that makes it vulnerable to a type of attack called Reflected Cross-Site Scripting. This problem exists in all versions of the plugin up to 14.8.1 (excluding version 14.8.1). It is caused by not properly checking and filtering the information that is entered into the plugin. This means that attackers who are not logged in can insert harmful code into web pages, which will run if the user is tricked into clicking a link.
