Input validation vulnerability in Comment Edit Core – Simple Comment Editing 3.0.33

The plugin called “Comment Edit Core – Simple Comment Editing” for WordPress has a security vulnerability known as Server-Side Request Forgery. This vulnerability is present in all versions up to 3.0.33. This means that attackers who are logged in and have Administrator-level access or higher can send requests to any location on the web through the plugin. This allows them to access and change information from internal services.
