Input validation vulnerability in Captcha! 2.5d

The Captcha! 2.5d and earlier plugin for WordPress had four security vulnerabilities that allowed remote attackers to inject malicious code into websites using the plugin. This malicious code could be in the form of web scripts or HTML and would be sent through the captcha_ttffolder
