Input validation vulnerability in Plainview Protect Passwords 1.4

The Plainview Protect Passwords plugin for WordPress is not secure in versions up to and including 1.4. Unauthenticated attackers can inject malicious web scripts into pages, which would execute if a user clicks on a link or performs another action. This is due to the plugin not properly sanitizing inputs and not properly escaping outputs.
