The Short URL plugin for WordPress has a security vulnerability that allows unauthorized access to data, modification of data, and loss of data. This is because the plugin does not properly check user access for certain functions in versions up to and including 1.6.8. This means that even people with limited user privileges, such as subscribers, can add, modify, or delete translations and plugin options.
