Input validation vulnerability in Better Section Navigation 1.6.1

A plugin called Better Section Navigation Widget for WordPress has a security issue. This affects versions 1.6.1 and below. The problem is that the plugin does not properly clean up the text that is typed in, which can allow someone with a certain level of access to add harmful code to a page. This code can then run whenever someone opens that page.
