Access violation vulnerability in DELUCKS SEO 2.5.4

The DELUCKS SEO plugin for WordPress has a security issue that could allow unauthorized changes to be made to the data. This is because the send_uninstall_reason() function in versions up to 2.5.4 does not have a check for the appropriate permissions. As a result, attackers who are not logged in could send a request to uninstall the plugin to the vendor on behalf of the website owner.
