The WP Tools plugin for WordPress has a security flaw that makes it possible for people with lower levels of access (called subscribers) to access features that should only be available to people with higher levels of access. This flaw exists in versions up to and including 3.41 and is caused by the plugin not checking what type of access the user should have.
