Input validation vulnerability in WordPress Toolbar 2.2.6

The WordPress Toolbar plugin, which is used on WordPress websites, has a security issue in versions 2.2.6 and below. This problem is caused by not properly checking the website address that is provided through the ‘wptbto’ parameter. As a result, people who are not logged in can be directed to dangerous websites if they are tricked into doing something.
