Input validation vulnerability in Find Slow Functions & Actions & Filters & Hooks (Debug Bar) 1.40

The Find Slow Functions & Actions & Filters & Hooks plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a security issue called Reflected Cross-Site Scripting. This issue affects versions up to and including 1.40. It occurs because the plugin does not properly sanitize input and escape output when using certain functions. This makes it possible for an unauthenticated attacker to inject malicious web scripts into pages if they can convince a user to click on a link.
