The Simply Exclude plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a type of cyber attack called Reflected Cross-Site Scripting in all versions up to 2.0.6.6. This type of attack happens when a malicious user is able to inject unwanted web scripts into a page by tricking a user into taking an action, such as clicking on a link. This vulnerability is caused by the plugin not filtering and protecting the input and output properly.
