Access violation vulnerability in Spectra Pro 1.1.5

The Spectra Pro plugin for WordPress has a security issue that affects all versions up to 1.1.5. This problem allows users with lower levels of access to create registration forms and make themselves administrators. This means that attackers who are already logged in and have at least author-level access can make themselves administrators.
