The AddThis plugin for WordPress is a tool that websites can use to help visitors share content on social media. However, versions of the plugin up to and including 5.0.12 have a security flaw which could allow an attacker to inject malicious code into a webpage. This malicious code could then be run in the victim’s browser, allowing the attacker to gain access to sensitive information. To avoid this, it is important to ensure that you are using the most up-to-date version of the AddThis plugin.
