The WP Debugging plugin for WordPress is not secure in versions up to, and including, 2.11.7. This is because it includes a vulnerable version of the wp-dependency-installer library. This makes it possible for someone without permission to install and activate any plugin they want if they can get a site administrator to click on a link or take some other action.
