Input validation vulnerability in Debug 1.10

The Debug plugin used in WordPress versions up to and including 1.10 has a security issue known as Cross-Site Request Forgery. This means that an attacker who is not logged in to the site can trick the site administrator into taking an action, like clicking on a link, that they did not intend to take. This can lead to unauthorized actions being performed on the site.
