Input validation vulnerability in breadcrumb simple 1.3

The Breadcrumb Simple plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a type of security issue called Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) in versions up to 1.3. This security issue affects WordPress installations that use the plugin and have either a multi-site setup or have disabled a security feature called Unfiltered HTML. If an attacker has administrator-level access to the WordPress site, they can inject malicious code into pages and whenever a user visits one of those pages, the code will execute.
