Input validation vulnerability in Ultimate Reviews 3.2.8

The WordPress plugin called Ultimate Reviews has a security issue that allows hackers to add harmful code into the reviews section. This can happen in versions 3.2.8 and older because the plugin does not properly clean up the input from users or protect the output. This means that anyone, even without an account, could add code that will run when another user visits the same page.
