Input validation vulnerability in CaptionPix 1.8

The CaptionPix plugin for WordPress is not secure and can be easily exploited by hackers. This vulnerability, known as Reflected Cross-Site Scripting, affects all versions up to and including 1.8. This means that attackers who are not logged in can insert harmful code into web pages and execute it if they can deceive a user into clicking on a link.
