The Import XML and RSS Feeds plugin for WordPress is a plugin that has a security vulnerability. This vulnerability can be used by people with administrative access to upload malicious files to the affected website’s server. This could then lead to remote code execution, which is a way for an attacker to gain control of the website. To prevent this, websites should make sure they are updated to a version newer than 2.1.3 of the plugin.
