The User Activity Log plugin for WordPress is not secure in versions up to and including 1.6.6. This is because it does not have enough restrictions in place to prevent people from pretending to be someone else by providing a false IP Address. If attackers provide the X-Forwarded-For header with a different IP Address, the plugin will log this as if it was genuine.
