Input validation vulnerability in WP Support Plus Responsive Ticket System 7.1.4

The WP Support Plus Responsive Ticket System plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a type of attack called SQL Injection in versions up to and including 7.1.4. This type of attack can allow malicious users to gain access to sensitive information stored in the plugin’s database. The vulnerability arises due to the plugin not properly escaping user supplied parameters and not having the right measures in place to protect the existing SQL query.
