Input validation vulnerability in Anything Popup 7.3

The Anything Popup plugin for WordPress has a security issue called Reflected Cross-Site Scripting. This can happen in versions up to 7.3 because the plugin does not properly clean up the input and output. This means that someone who is not logged in could add harmful web scripts to a page if they can trick a user into clicking on a link.
