Input validation vulnerability in Passwords Manager 1.4.8

The Passwords Manager plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows unauthorized changes to be made to data. This is because it does not check for the proper permissions when using the ‘pms_save_setting’ and ‘post_new_pass’ features. This means that anyone with at least Subscriber-level access can modify the plugin’s settings and add passwords.
