Input validation vulnerability in Simple Membership 4.3.8

The Simple Membership plugin for WordPress is not secure in versions up to and including 4.3.8. Unauthenticated attackers can inject code into pages that can be used to trick users into taking certain actions, such as clicking a link. This is done by taking advantage of the plugin’s lack of input sanitization and output escaping.
