Input validation vulnerability in BSK Forms Blacklist 3.6.2

The BSK Forms Blacklist plugin for WordPress has a security issue that affects versions 3.6.2 and earlier. People with administrator-level access can use this problem to gain access to sensitive information from the database. The problem is caused by the plugin not properly escaping user-supplied parameters and not preparing existing SQL queries. This makes it possible for an attacker to add extra SQL queries which can then be used to get confidential information.
