The Welcart e-Commerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a type of cyber attack called “SQL Injection”. This vulnerability exists in versions up to and including 2.8.21, and allows malicious attackers with access to the editor-level and higher to add additional SQL commands to existing queries. This could be used to access sensitive information from the database.
