The Simple Google Static Map plugin for WordPress has a security issue where hackers can insert harmful code into web pages. This can happen in versions 1.0.1 and earlier because the plugin does not properly clean up the input and output. This means that people with certain levels of access can add dangerous scripts to pages, and anyone who visits those pages will unknowingly run the code.
