Input validation vulnerability in WP_Identicon 2.0

The WP_Identicon plugin for WordPress has a security issue called Reflected Cross-Site Scripting. This means that versions up to 2.0 are susceptible to malicious code being injected into pages if a user clicks on a link. This can happen if an attacker is able to trick the user into taking certain actions.
