Input validation vulnerability in MemberPress Downloads 1.2.5

The MemberPress Downloads plugin for WordPress, which was used up to version 1.2.5, had a vulnerability that allowed attackers with a certain type of account (subscriber-level permissions and above) to upload any type of file to the website’s server. This could have allowed them to execute code remotely, which could have caused serious damage to the website.
