Input validation vulnerability in Member Approval 131109

Hackers can use a security flaw in the Member Approval plugin 131109 for WordPress to take control of an administrator’s account and change the settings of the plugin. This could include resetting the plugin to its default settings and disabling the need for administrator approval when a user is registering. The hack is done by sending a request to a certain web address (wp-admin/options-general.php).
