Input validation vulnerability in Short URL 1.6.4

The Short URL plugin for WordPress, versions up to and including 1.6.4, is vulnerable to a type of attack called Cross-Site Scripting. This type of attack allows someone with administrator-level permissions to inject malicious code into the website. This code will then be executed on the website whenever a user visits the affected page. This is due to the plugin not properly sanitizing the input it receives or properly escaping the output it produces.
