Input validation vulnerability in Piotnet Forms 1.0.30

The Piotnet Forms plugin for WordPress has a security issue called Stored Cross-Site Scripting. This affects versions 1.0.30 and below. The problem is caused by not properly cleaning up and protecting input and output. This allows attackers who are logged in and have author-level access or higher to add harmful web scripts to pages. These scripts will run whenever a user visits the affected page.
