The Advanced Text Widget plugin for WordPress has a weakness that could allow anyone who is not authorized to do so to dismiss admin notices. This vulnerability affects versions of the plugin up to and including 2.1.2 and is caused by the lack of a security check on the atw_dismiss_admin_notice function.
