Input validation vulnerability in BSK Forms Blacklist 3.6.3

The BSK Forms Blacklist plugin for WordPress has a security vulnerability in versions up to, and including, 3.6.3. This vulnerability can be exploited by attackers with administrator-level permissions or higher in multi-site installations or installations where unfiltered_html has been disabled. These attackers can inject malicious web scripts into pages which will execute when a user views the page.
