The RealHomes theme for WordPress is not secure in versions up to and including 4.0.2. This means that someone with a low level of access (subscriber-level) could do something they are not allowed to do. It is not clear if this security issue (CVE-2023-37886) is different from another security issue (CVE-2023-37885).
