Input validation vulnerability in Easy Social Icons 3.0.9

The Easy Social Icons plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a type of cyber attack called Reflected Cross-Site Scripting. This vulnerability exists in versions of the plugin up to 3.0.9, and is caused by the plugin not being able to properly filter or protect against malicious code. An unauthenticated attacker can use this vulnerability to inject malicious code into webpages, which will then get executed if the user clicks a link or performs a certain action.
