Access violation vulnerability in Hash Elements 1.4.7

The Hash Elements plugin for WordPress has a security issue where data can be accessed without proper authorization. This is because the hash_elements_get_posts_title_by_id() function in all versions up to 1.4.7 does not have a check for capabilities. As a result, attackers who are not logged in can view draft post titles that are meant to be restricted.
