Input validation vulnerability in WP Spell Check 9.12

The WP Spell Check plugin for WordPress has a security issue in versions up to and including 9.12. This issue means that someone who is not authorized can delete ignored words on the website if they can get a site administrator to click on a link. This is because of a missing security check called nonce validation.
