Input validation vulnerability in Promo 1.3.0

The Promo theme for WordPress has a security issue called Local File Inclusion in versions 1.3.0 and below. This means that people who are not signed in can access and run any files they want on the server. They can use this to get around security measures, get important information, or run their own code. This can happen even if the file types being uploaded are considered safe.
