Authentication vulnerability in User Toolkit 1.2.3

The User Toolkit plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows unauthorized access. This can happen in versions 1.2.3 and below, due to a mistake in how the ‘switchUser’ function checks for permissions. This means that someone who is already logged in with at least subscriber-level permissions can pretend to be any other user on the site, including an administrator.
