The Animal Captcha plugin is a type of security software for websites using the WordPress platform. It is vulnerable to a type of attack called Reflected Cross-Site Scripting. This type of attack is possible because the plugin does not properly protect the website from malicious code. The vulnerability affects all versions of the plugin up to and including version 1.6.2. If a malicious user can get an unsuspecting user to click on a link, they can inject malicious code into the website.
