Input validation vulnerability in WordPress.com Editing Toolkit 3.78784

The WordPress.com Editing Toolkit plugin for WordPress has a security vulnerability that allows someone with enough access to inject web scripts into pages. These scripts can then be executed whenever someone visits the page that was injected with the script. This vulnerability affects all versions up to and including 3.78784. To protect against this vulnerability, input sanitization and output escaping must be improved.
