Input validation vulnerability in ProfileGrid – User Profiles, Memberships, Groups and Communities 2.8.6

The profilegrid-user-profiles-groups-and-communities plugin for WordPress versions before 2.8.6 had a security vulnerability that allowed a malicious user to execute code remotely. This was done by sending a special request to the website’s admin-ajax.php page with a specific combination of letters and numbers followed by computer code.
